Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving
your order confirmation email. - You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- We offer Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) and Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days).
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
- International shipping is available to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on
destination. - Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for
tracking information to update.
Damages or Lost Packages
- We are not responsible for packages damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please
contact the shipping carrier or our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30
days of delivery. - Certain products, such as opened topical solutions or used devices, are non-returnable for safety and
hygiene reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@horsewoundcare.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or
incorrect item.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive
and inspect your return. - Shipping fees are non-refundable.
